How to order parts?

  • Choose car make and model/year)
  • Choose car part type for your selected vehicle..
  • to finish the order press button “order”
  • If you want to proceed order (for example to order more parts for the same or different vehicle), press “send to basket” and proceed order.
    Correctly fill in all the required fields in the order form.
  • You will receive an “Order Confirmation”, to your email which will include amount that you payed and estimated delivery date. Goods will be delivered by courier service, so be sure to specify the address with postal code, and other relevant information. False information can significantly extend delivery time, or may not deliver at all.
  • If we will not have goods you ordered or for any other reason unable to fulfill your order, we will inform you by e-mail or phone and refund your payment on 6 working days.
  • When you receive an “Order Confirmation” email it means that the order is accepted and processed, later you may get email with adjustments of delivery date and time or request for additional information.
  • “Order Confirmation” email can come with a delay, because we have to make sure if we have your ordered item in stock.
  • If courier will not find you at your specified address, he will leave a leaflet with another delivery attempt date and time, address where you can pick up your mats by your self.
  • If you think that price or goods are wrong in the invoice, please contact us at your convenient way (by email or phone) and inform us about the inaccuracies.
  • If you change your mind on item purchase or other reasons, please let us know within 24 hours by responding to our email with word STOP, it will mean that the order process is suspended. If 24h have past please contact us by email or phone.

    Other terms and conditions

  • Order delivery will take 3 to 7 working days, depending on part you order and delivery address.
  • Your payment will be refunded to your account in 6 working days, if we are out of stock.
  • We accept most major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also can arrange UPS delivery companies cash on delivery service. (C.O.D)
  • Parts returned not in working condition or damaged, because of buyer wrong use , refund for it will not be made. Damaged item can be returned to the buyer on it‘s own delivery costs.
  • All new car parts are covered by their manufacturers warranties. Used car parts are checked at our warehouse and in full working condition.
  • Parts which have manufacturer deffects returns covered by seller. By buyers choise part can be changed to fully working part or money refunded.
  • Parts which are in good and working condition can be returned in 14 days from delivery, costs covered by buyer. Funds are refunded in 10 working days after part returned to our companies or our partners address and inspected for any damages.
